Josef has had a passion for cooking since a young age, when he would spend many days cooking traditional Mediterranean food with his Nanna. He has developed his abilities to become a qualified chef, owning and working as the Head Chef in his own Mediterranean restaurant in Melbourne. His devotion for the industry has lead him to earning an Advanced Diploma is Hospitality Management and his desire to educate and share his experiences directed him to obtaining a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Andrew believes that good food can be simple to make with the right combination of flavours and fresh produce, and encourages his pupils with a patient and diligent teaching method.
