This qualification is delivered over 2 days per week for 10 weeks and includes certificates in RSA, FSH, RSG, OH&S & supervised service period shift within Schon Training Restaurant.

Trainer Profiles
Johnny holds a TAA40401 Training & Assessment qualification and working with children certificate. He has over 10 years experience working in cafes, bars, nightclubs and restaurants. For the past 12 months he has been working as a vocational trainer and has wonderful industry knowledge and tips to share with course participants.
Andrew holds a TAA40401 Training & Assessment qualification and working with children certificate. He has 25 years experience with hotels, pubs and clubs across Australia and is a brilliant trainer. His most recent hospitality employment experience was with Crown Casino before he made the transition to trainer with Hospitality Training Australia where he has trained and assessed qualifications from food and beverage to management.
Glen holds a TAA40104 Training & Assessment qualification and working with children certificate. He is a chef by trade but has excellent experience across all facets of hospitality. His experience as a vocational trainer is varied having worked for some of Melbourne's leading training providers and is well placed provide you with an informative and industry relevant learning experience.
