Every food business must have a food safety supervisor. This intensive 4 hour course provides supervisors in hospitality businesses with the required certification for the role.

Implementation of food safety procedures (SITXFSA001A) as recommended in Food Safety Victoria guidelines.
National Accreditation
This program is nationally accredited as ‘Implement food safety procedures’ (SITXFSA001A) by the Australian National Training Authority.
Pre requisite
Please note: ‘Follow workplace hygiene procedure’ (SITXOHS002A) or equivalent is a compulsory pre requisite for this course. A credit for previous hygiene training maybe available if the training was undertaken within the last three years. A copy of the certificates are required as proof of previous training.

Registration can only be confirmed when full payment is received. No refunds are available within 7 days of the workshop. A substitute participant is welcome to attend if you cannot. Schon Training Restaurant reserves the right to alter the program without notice.
