This Advanced Coffee making course offers participant one on one specialist training in how to perfect cafe espresso.
The course is delivered at Schon Cafe, Restaurant & Bar at 112 Peel Street, North Melbourne (adjacent to the Queen Victoria Market) that is operated by Hospitality Training Australia.
During the session you will receive 5 hours of uninterrupted practice preparing and serving espresso coffee. You can expect to prepare as many as 50 espresso coffee during this session.
Course Covers
The course content includes:
Organise and prepare work areas
Provide customer service and advise customers on espresso coffee
Select and grind coffee
Extract coffee
Texture milk
Serve and present espresso coffee
Clean and maintain espresso machine
Pre requisite
It is a prerequisite to book into this course that you have completed the Introduction to Coffee Making course conducted at Hospitality Training Australia.
National Accreditation Certificate
This program is nationally accredited and participants will receive a certificate of participation outlining course content that has been covered during this training session.
