Who needs this certificate?
Any business that serves food must ensure that members of their staff hold certificates in food safety hygiene.
This nationally accredited course has been designed for people involved in food preparation and provides basic hygiene principles for all food handlers.

This program is nationally accredited as ‘Follow Workplace Hygiene Procedures’ (SITXOHS002A) by the Australian National Training Authority.
Pre requisite
‘Follow workplace hygiene procedure’ (SITXOHS002A) or equivalent is a compulsory pre requisite for ‘Implement food safety procedures’ (SITXFSA001A).
Registration can only be confirmed when full payment is received. No refunds are available within 7 days of the workshop. A substitute participant is welcome to attend if you cannot. Schon Training Restaurant reserves the right to alter the program without notice.
